Dominique (French): Belonging to God
Dominique Snedeker is a United States Air Force Academy graduate with a Bachelor of Science in English, Air Force veteran, military spouse, and mom to a house full of boys. She currently lives with her husband and three boys, toddler to elementary aged, in Minot, North Dakota. She is active in her church and prayer team, and when she’s not doing anything else, (ha!) you will find her exercising or cooking.
Publishing is the culmination of a life-long dream and a prophetic inspiration of her grandmother when Dominique was five, fifteen and twenty-five: “Don’t worry. One day, Dominique, your book will come. You just haven’t found it yet.” Grandma, I found it.
Dominique has published Motherhood: The Crucible of Love, a book of poetry exploring the existential crisis of becomming a new parent. Her second book, cold. Untamed Beauty is a sweeping love song to the frigid climate of North Dakota. Her newest release, Motherhood: Empire of Lost Toys and Mismatched Socks, reveals the depth of overstimulation and love that comes with parenting children. Dominique will soon finish a book of poetry about mistakes, faith, and the Peace-Bringer. There are also many other works in progress, so sign up today to hear her news.
